Rental Rules & Policies
Rental Policies
For added convenience, delivery and pickup are included in the rental price for areas within 10 miles of our office located in Indian Trail, NC.
- A reasonable delivery flat fee of $15.00 is charged for areas 11-20 miles outside of these parameters.
- A reasonable delivery flat fee of $20.00 is charged for areas 21-40 miles.
- Request a Quote for Deliveries to areas further then 40 miles from our office.
- We do deliver to hotels, resorts, temporary residences, and private residences.
- Reservations must be made with a minimum of 48 hour notice.
- Reservations can be made by email or by phone, and will be confirmed by an associate. Call Us Now!!

Renters Rules
2 - Day minimum on all single products rented. 3 - Day minimum required on all bundles.
A minimum 50% Deposit plus applicable delivery fee's are payable via PayPal or Personal Check and are required prior to scheduled delivery
Remaining balance due upon pickup for items payable by Cash or Personal Check only at this time. (We currently can not accept credit cards in person)
$50.00 Deposit, credit applied to rental, required on single items rented 3+ Days.
$100.00 Deposit, credit applied to rental, required on multiple items rented 3+ Days.
$25.00 Setup/Demo Fee for items rented if applicable.
$25.00 Cleaning / Sanitization Fee on items returned soiled or dirty.
$100.00 Damage Fee applied to items returned in poor condition that deem them unusable for future customer rental.
$25.00 Fee will be accessed for items returned without Manuals or with Parts missing.
Rental Terms of Service Contract and Rental Invoice must be completed and signed upon delivery of goods. Customer must provide requested contact information including Name, Address, City, State, Primary contact Ph#, Email address, and Driver's License info.
