1. Is the equipment sanitized?Yes, prior to each new rental, all
equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also
inspected for safety before each rental.  We treat the equipment
as if our own children were using it.

2. Is the equipment JPMA certified?Yes, it is, and all equipment
also meets all federal safety standards. We also have a direct link
with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and
receive bulletins any time there are product recalls. If an item that
we have in stock is on that recall list, we are able to pull it from
our inventory immediately.

3. Do you carry liability insurance? The Little of Of Towner's is
currently in the process of obtaining liability insurance converage.

4. How long have you been in business?The Little Out of
Towner's have been in business since 2008.

5. Will you install car seats? We cannot do this for liability
reasons. We leave this up to the customer. We are more than
happy to provide the instruction booklet for you, should you need
it. Most customers find that our car seats are easy to install.

6. Is all of your rental equipment new?All of our equipment is
either new or in excellent condition (gently used). We pride
ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our merchandise. Each
item is thoroughly inspected before each rental. Items are
"retired" while still in superior working order and donated to
several local and well-deserving charities and family resource
organizations.

7. What if I need to cancel?We understand that plans change and
if you need to cancel with at least a 48 hour notice, you will not be
charged anything, and your money will be refunded. If, however
the cancellation is within 24 hours of your reservation, you wil be
charged the 50% of the rental fee, plus full delivery charges. That
being said, we do understand that emergencies happen and we
will work with your to the best of our ability. Should you need to
change or cancel your order, please provide us with written
notice, send email to info@littleoutoftowners.com

8. Does The Little Out of Towner's accept Credit Cards?During
the reservation process the deposit and delivery fee's can be paid
via Paypal upon receipt of the invoice. At this time The Little Out
of Towner's does not accept credit cards in person. We are
currently working on obtaining a merchant account machine and
will let you know when available.
